/A majority of U.S. treasury rates increased this week. The 5- and 7-year treasury rates had the largest increases of 0.18% and 0.19%, respectively. The 10-year treasury rate increased 0.17% to 4.77%. The 3-year treasury rate as of January 10, 2025 is 4.46%.
