The Fed Cut Interest Rates to Zero

On Sunday, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 1% to a range of 0% to 0.25% from a range of 1% to 1.25%.  The Federal Reserve had previously cut interest rates by 0.5% earlier in March of this year.  The 10-year U.S. Treasury Rate closed at 0.73% today, signifying a 0.21% decrease from March 13th.
