Keygent LLC Ranked Among Top California Education Municipal Advisors in 2016 Keygent LLC (“Keygent”) completed 39 California K-14 municipal bond financings totaling $1,896.4 billion in 2016, according to Thomson Reuters. By par amount, Keygent is ranked #2, and by number of issues, Keygent is ranked #4. The bond issuers include school districts and community college districts throughout the State of California. The financings include general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, special tax bonds and tax and revenue anticipation notes sold via negotiated sale, competitive sale or private placement. These financings also spanned tax-exempt and taxable structures as well as new money and refunding purposes.
